I work creatively with clients in the here and now, gently building a relationship so that my clients can realise their true potential and purpose, in confidence and openness, due to the deep level of training I have gained the ability to accept where my clients are at any given moment.

I have worked with anxiety, panic, suicidal ideation, disability, grief and loss, bullying, eating disorders, abuse, physical illness, anger, stress and low self esteem.

Meditation

'I love teaching meditation. It’s had a very positive effect on my own life and I love passing on the knowledge. Meditation can be challenging, but it is a good life skill. If you're like most people, you may find that one day your mind is speeding into the future, your body feels agitated, and you can't sit still, while the next day you're so lethargic that you can hardly stay awake. Resting with ease in meditation doesn't magically happen. But there is a path to help you get there: Through your breath, you can tap into the flow of prana (life force) to increase, decrease, or focus your energy, bringing you into a state of balance and making it easier to sit with relaxed attention in meditation

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy that not many people are familiar with and it is getting more and more popular. It is an ancient therapy going back to the Egyptians where it was practiced regularly. Reflexology is a science to help nature achieve homeostasis i.e. A state of equilibrium or balance. If the body is balanced it will function correctly. It is the gentle manipulation of the reflexes on the whole of the feet, these reflexes correspond to glands, organs and parts of the body. It is also a wonderful therapy for relaxation.
